Thank you for your patience. The MED/FM AS400 is now back online and operational. We apologize for the inconvenience and thanks again for your patience. The office will be open tomorrow (5/24/19) during our regularly scheduled hours.

We are currently updating the billing system. However, we ask that you please not access the system until we give the green light. It may appear to be online, but we are still in the process of making necessary updates. We will post a new update within the next couple hours. Thank you for your patience.

We are still experiencing issues with Med/FM. We have not yet identified the root cause and are continuing our efforts to resolve these issues. We appreciate your patience as we work towards restoring service.

We are still experiencing issues with Med/FM. We have not yet identified the root cause and are currently working with our vendors to resolve this issue. All ancillary systems, with the exception of those that interact with Med/FM, should now be 100% operational. For those ancillary systems that do interface with Med/FM there may still be issues that will not be addressed until Med/FM is 100% operational. Once again we appreciate your patience as we work towards restoring service.

We are currently experiencing issues with Med/FM and other ancillary systems due to an unexpected downtime of the servers this morning that may or may not have an immediate impact on your ability to work. The Information Systems team is aware of this issue and is currently working to resolve the problem. Additional updates will be provided periodically or as new information is available.
